Job Title: Vehicle Operations Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of four-wheelers. This is a key leadership role that involves strategic planning, technical expertise, and team management.

  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Troubleshoot recurring issues and recommend preventive actions.
  • Allocate work to mechanics and support staff.
  • Ensure timely completion of repair jobs with quality checks.
  • Train mechanics and helpers on SOPs and safety practices.

Key Qualifications: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, minimum 5 years of experience in four-wheeler maintenance supervision, strong technical knowledge of four-wheelers, proficiency in ERP systems, leadership and team-handling skills.

Responsibilities: Daily update of vehicle maintenance activities on ERP, posting requests for spare parts, tools, and consumables on ERP, updating invoices from vendors/service providers on ERP for approval, maintaining logbooks, fuel consumption reports, and service history in ERP, coordinating with vendors for spare part procurement and service contracts.
