    • Financial and Compliance Oversight: Validate billing frequency, payment terms, taxation, and revenue allocation in contracts while ensuring compliance with audit, revenue recognition, and financial reporting standards.
    • Invoicing and Billing Management: Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant customer billing by aligning invoicing practices with contract terms, purchase orders, payment schedules, and customer-specific requirements.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise between Finance, Sales, Legal, and RevOps for seamless contract-to-cash execution and represent Finance in cross-functional projects impacting order-to-cash, revenue recognition, or reporting.

  • Prior exposure to cross-functional project delivery and system implementations is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS contracts, invoicing workflows, revenue recognition, and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, CLM systems, and ERP/Finance platforms (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in UAT/project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Agile).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
