Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to manage the drafting, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts across the organization. The Contract Specialist will ensure that all agreements are legally sound, compliant with company policies, and aligned with business objectives. This role acts as a bridge between legal, procurement, sales, and operations teams to minimize risks and maximize contract value.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, customer contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
  • Ensure contracts are consistent with company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines.
  • Highlight risks and propose contract modifications before execution.
  • Maintain a central repository of all active and archived contracts.
  • Track contract lifecycle from creation to renewal/closure.
  • Monitor contract performance, compliance, and obligations of all parties.
  • Partner with sales, procurement, legal, finance, HR, and project teams to facilitate timely execution of contracts.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal teams regarding contract queries.
  • Support senior management with contract summaries, risk assessments, and recommendations.
  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate governance frameworks.
  • Identify potential risks in contracts and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support audits and compliance checks related to contractual obligations.
  • Implement contract management tools (CLM systems) for efficiency.
  • Standardize templates and workflows for common contract types.
  • Train stakeholders on contract compliance and procedures.
