The role of an Assistant Manager / Executive - Contracts (Civil & Finishes) involves overseeing all aspects of pre and post-contract processes, ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness. This includes leading project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget constraints.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing vendor development processes, including evaluation, onboarding, and maintenance of strong relationships with external partners. In addition, you will ensure financial accuracy across projects by supervising budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting. To excel in this role, you will require a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil) and a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.
