Key Position: Construction Contract Specialist

This highly skilled professional will oversee construction contracts, focusing on effective cost management and communication. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of standard method of measurements and strong contracts administration skills.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation from inception to completion for all claim-related matters.
  • Be familiar with the employer's requirements based on the intent for package-wise Conditions of Contract and the project schedule agreed in the contract.
  • Identify changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost and issue timely notifications to the employer.
  • Track submitted claims individually, prepare contractual justification, and submit additional supporting documents.
  • Prepare contractual replies and requests for claim approval.
  • Compile claim documents and detailed claim statements for submission to DAAB.
  • Present claim details to advocates and coordinate dispute resolution.
  • Update claim status and provide required inputs to HO/RO teams.
  • Assist in preparing Comprehensive EOT applications and substantiate with contemporary records.
  • Ensure claims are substantiated with contract entitlements according to Conditions of Clause.
  • Provide input to DAAB committees and advocate for arbitration.
  • Meet deadlines without delay and work under pressure.
  • Collaborate with reporting managers and prepare reports as directed.
