We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Associate Program Manager - Partnerships & Growth.
This role will drive strategic initiatives that accelerate our vision of redefining tech education in the country. You will be responsible for identifying and pitching opportunities to fuel growth, working cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams, and taking ownership of special projects that require experimentation, process-building, and execution at scale.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive end-to-end program management for strategic initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally to enable alignment and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights.
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities.
- Develop creative growth strategies.
- Create and monitor project plans.
- Support high-impact tasks requiring discretion, agility, and strategic thinking.
- 3-6 years of experience in consulting, program management, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects.
