Job Title: Newborn Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the neonatal care team, you will be responsible for delivering specialized medical care to newborns, including premature and critically ill infants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and treat neonatal patients in accordance with established medical protocols.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for neonatal patients.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals in the field of neonatology.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of research projects related to neonatal care and contribute to academic publications.
  • Maintain accurate and updated medical records of patients, adhering to institutional and regulatory guidelines.
  • Engage in continuous professional development, including attending conferences, workshops, and seminars to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • DM/Dr NB in Neonatology or equivalent degree
  • Proven experience in neonatal care, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex medical data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
