The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating large-scale AI data projects, overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through to successful delivery. Strategic resource allocation and budget optimization will also be key aspects of this role.

As a Project Coordinator at Acolad, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing dynamic projects and facilitating strong communication across all stakeholders
  • Conducting risk assessments and devising tailored mitigation strategies
  • Maintaining stringent checks on project budgets and timelines
  • Implementing quality control processes and monitoring project outputs
  • Continually identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Translation or an equivalent degree, along with 3-5 years of practical experience in project management, preferably related to language services.
