Job Title: Financial Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow projections.
  • Transfer Pricing: Create transfer pricing workings for sister entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Banking and AP: Manage bank payments, AP invoice booking, and payroll for the Indian entity, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely processing.
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams for AP and taxes-related activities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Audits and Due Diligences: Participate in statutory audits, due diligences, and internal audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monthly Book Closing: Ensure monthly book closing, including BRS, invoice booking, accruals, and capitalization, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely processing.
  • Fixed Asset Register: Manage the Fixed Asset Register and reconcile it with the company's books, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Vendor Ledger: Review vendor ledgers and aging on a monthly basis, ensuring timely payment and reducing disputes.
  • Cash Flow Projections: Prepare cash flow projections, helping the organization make informed decisions about investments and resource allocation.
  • Process Enhancement: Evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
