As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our training and certification programs to individuals, educational institutions, and corporate clients. Your mission will be to connect people with resources to develop their skills and secure job placements, while building strong relationships within the education and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to promote the Pathway to Success (PTS) program.
  • Identify and engage potential clients who can benefit from PTS, including job seekers, professionals looking to upskill, and organizations seeking employee development programs.
  • Present the value of Vrcyns PTS program, highlighting expert training, industry-valued certifications, and job placement support.
  • Understand the challenges facing job seekers and employers and tailor solutions to bridge skill gaps and improve employability.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the PTS program team to ensure seamless delivery of services, including training and job placement support.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, client engagement, and market feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in skill development and career growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education, training, or professional development sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the job market, skill development needs, and certification programs that enhance employability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Passion for helping individuals succeed in their careers and improve their employability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for managing sales activities and client interactions.
