Visual Storytelling Specialist

We're seeking a Visual Storytelling Specialist to join our creative team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in visualisation, with a strong portfolio showcasing campaign work and social media design. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite is essential, and knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles is highly valued.

  • Develop compelling visual concepts, layouts, and artworks for campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and creative leads to craft integrated campaigns that drive results.
  • Guide junior designers and share feedback and design best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate briefs into captivating visual narratives that meet brand guidelines.
  • Explore and experiment with new design styles, trends, and techniques to keep work fresh and engaging.
  • Ensure attention to detail and deliver designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that bring ideas to life.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in design/visualisation (agency setup preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to take feedback positively and refine ideas quickly.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to balance creativity with functionality.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Nice to Have:

  • Motion graphics / basic animation skills.
  • Experience working on digital-first campaigns.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
