Job Description:

As a seasoned professional in software development, we are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in backend development and be proficient in Node.js frameworks such as NestJS/Express.js. They will also have hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudFront.

In addition, the successful candidate will have knowledge of various databases including SQL and NoSQL options like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB. A good understanding of REST, WebSockets, and Event-Driven Systems is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and scale APIs, services, and data pipelines to meet business needs.
  • Rapidly build POCs & ship features with the team to experiment, iterate quickly, and deliver high-quality features.
  • Optimize for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency by ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Owning CI/CD, monitoring, integrations, and documentation to manage the development lifecycle and maintain quality documentation.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of backend dev experience with a strong foundation in backend development.
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js frameworks such as NestJS/Express.js.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudFront.
  • Knowledge of various databases including SQL and NoSQL options like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.
  • Understanding of REST, WebSockets, and Event-Driven Systems.

  • Python programming skills.
  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
  • DevOps practices.
