The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong background in project management and excellent communication skills. They will also have a deep understanding of project management principles within the Property & Casualty insurance space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects, overseeing all aspects from start to finish.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets, ensuring effective project execution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones, manage risks proactively, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Drive communication across stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and executive sponsors, maintaining transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports and executive updates, providing stakeholders with accurate information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 9+ years of experience in project management, preferably in enterprise IT or insurance.
  • 5+ years of managing projects similar to Duck Creek implementations or enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
