Job Title: Junior Project Manager

Job Description:
  • Project management professionals with 3 to 5 years of experience will excel in this role.

This project manager position involves providing project support and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Tracking, collecting, and publishing service level agreements.
  • Managing documents, planning, and critical data tracking for team members.
  • Coordinating data collection from the team, consolidating data, and providing summary reports for stakeholders.
  • Maintaining document control for the program and tracking competency development of the team.
  • Supporting the analysis of risks and maintaining the risk log, as well as the project change management process.
  • Publishing reports on or ahead of time after internal reviews and approvals.
  • Organizing meetings and tracking action items to closure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in Excel advanced features, including VBA and formulas, is required.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are crucial for this position.
  • Familiarity with Service Now is a plus but not required.
