The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and providing guidance and support to your team members.

  • Lead and manage a team of project managers, developers, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
  • Support hiring and training initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Work closely with clients to meet their needs and effectively manage their expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and lead in account mining activities.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 200-250 engineers and develop the next level of leadership talent.
  • Oversee a high-growth portfolio with annual revenue of $15M-$20M, focusing on winning new deals.
  • Monitor and control operational parameters such as utilization, pyramid, and margin with attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain.
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects applicable to the HLS industry.
  • Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director-level stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings (10%-25%).
