Strategic Delivery Lead

About the Role:

You will lead a delivery effort on projects, playing a critical role in every aspect of consulting engagement from opportunity assessment through final implementation. You will also assist with sales and business development. You will be based in an office (currently remote), working directly with teams across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with client stakeholders to help them manage and resolve operational issues
  • Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to develop current state assessments, evaluate against industry standards, and suggest improvement opportunities
  • Analyze client spend data and create project deliverables, conduct research into various markets and industries
  • Develop process maps, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to draft and release requests for proposal
  • Support stakeholders and suppliers during bid evaluation and supplier selection processes
  • Develop financial models to understand true costs, present to decision-makers
  • Evaluate suppliers' pricing proposals, identify cost reduction levers, and draft negotiation strategies

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in consulting or a related field; specific experience in operations, supply chain, and procurement is required
  • Excited about working in a dynamic environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven by ownership mindset
  • Proven problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
  • Motivated team player with ability to work autonomously and utilize presentation and interpersonal skills daily
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
