Private Equity Fund Administration Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join our Private Equity and Real Estate Services team. As a key member of the fund administration team, you will be responsible for administering private equity funds and other alternative investment vehicles.

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing financial statements and reports, providing support for investor relations activities, and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of bookkeeping tasks.

You should have a strong background in accounting, with experience in fund accounting and a solid understanding of financial regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and teamwork abilities, are also essential for this role.

In addition to your technical skills, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to new software and systems. If you have a passion for numbers and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting functions, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support investor relations activities, including capital calls and distributions notices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 0-2 years of accounting experience in fund accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with partnership accounting applications (e.g., Investran).
  • Experience working with private equity legal and investment structures.
