Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive strategic planning, technical leadership, and program management for our nutrition portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Contribute towards reviewing and updating strategy from time to time in consultation with senior stakeholders. This will necessitate conducting background desk research and real-life ground assessments to identify potential needs;
  2. Develop comprehensive program plans, delivery models, monitor frameworks and scale-up roadmaps for new and existing nutrition initiatives and programs;
  3. Provide thought leadership on nutrition specific and nutrition-sensitive program development as per organization's vision and strategy, and formulate problem statements from time to time;
  4. Build a pipeline of proposals for developing the Nutrition portfolio in alignment with thematic strategy and multi-year grantmaking goals. Develop and float RFPs;

Key responsibilities also include managing independently different complex programs and initiatives, ensuring timely reports and fund disbursals, creating high-quality content for mixed audiences, and developing annual work plans and budgets collaboratively.

The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in public health nutrition, food and related program development, research and policy, and a deep commitment, passion and experience in the social development sector is necessary.
