We're seeking an experienced Product Designer who thrives in challenging domains, especially healthcare, insurance, and B2B SaaS ecosystems. If you have experience working on 0-1 product journeys, crafting dashboards and design systems, and enjoy shaping structured design processes – we want you to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design efforts for B2B SaaS products, focusing on healthcare and insurance solutions.
  • Drive 0-1 product design from early concepts to production-ready solutions.
  • Design intuitive dashboards, workflows, and complex system interfaces that balance usability and business needs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Conduct research to guide product direction, including content analysis, user flows, and information architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with product strategy.
  • Create clear documentation to support collaboration and design handoffs.
  • Use design tools like Figma and FigJam to accelerate workflows and bring ideas to life.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer with 3+ years of expertise.
  • Hands-on experience designing for healthcare/insurance projects, with US healthcare experience highly valued.
  • Background in B2B SaaS with experience working on complex products, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Experience working in startup environments with high ambiguity.
  • Strong skills in secondary research, information architecture, and design documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and AI-powered design tools.
  • Comfortable working in a US shift schedule.
