We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our Zuora platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of Billing, Revenue, and CPQ modules.
  • Provide technical support for the Zuora platform, addressing issues, performing updates, and optimizing performance.
  • Work with integration teams to ensure smooth connections between Zuora and enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain custom workflows to automate business processes within Zuora.
  • Create and maintain reports to provide insights and support decision-making for the team.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate integrations.
  • Analyze, transform, and manage data flows between Zuora and other systems.
  • Support automation and accurate reporting within Zuora Revenue.
  • Partner with finance, IT, and operational teams to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure proper adoption of Zuora tools.
