Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Recruitment Data Analysts to join our team in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel
  • Analyze ATS and recruitment performance data to inform business decisions
  • Create actionable dashboards, summaries, and insights to support strategic operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive data-driven initiatives
Requirements:
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in MIS, recruitment analytics, or business intelligence
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards, etc.)
  • Experience working with ATS data and recruitment metrics
  • Exceptional attention to detail and comfort with large datasets
  • No advanced SQL/BI tool knowledge required – Excel is the primary tool
