Area Credit Manager Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Area Credit Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and eligibility calculations for loan applications in accordance with defined policy programs.
  • Maintain timely processing of cases logged in for review, ensuring adherence to set timelines.
  • Coordinate with vendors for technical and legal reports.
  • Manage delinquency cases, tracking bounced payments and analyzing them for future actionable insights.
  • Publish regular management information system reports as required by process and senior management guidance.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments for smooth file movement and docketing.
  • Conduct periodic debtors meetings and make decisions on case approvals.
  • Maintain high-quality underwriting standards.
  • Facilitate business teams in achieving monthly and annual targets while maintaining portfolio quality.

Traits and Skills:

  • Proven experience in credit management and financial analysis.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn new tools quickly.
