Job Title: Corporate Legal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our organization.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough legal research, drafting and reviewing complex agreements, and providing support to the HR department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting in-depth legal analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Drafting and reviewing master services agreements, terms and conditions, and other complex legal documents.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate databases of legal agreements and documents.
  • Providing administrative and paralegal support as needed, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Collaborating with the HR department to develop policies and procedures related to employment law.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a strong educational background in law and relevant work experience. Key qualifications include:

  • L.L.B or B.L.S / LL. B. (3 Year or 5 Year Law Degree) from a recognized institution.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and related tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
