Technical Lead Role Overview

A Technical Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of all technical operations. They are responsible for coordinating with clients to understand business requirements and suggesting solutions that align with the organization's goals.

The Technical Lead must have excellent analytical skills to analyze various aspects such as documentation, design, code, security, and retention of team members. They must also be able to report to management effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Experience with tech stacks like Back End – FastAPI, MongoDB, Python, PGSQL
  • Front End – React Js
  • DevOps– CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Linux servers, Azure, Redis

Additional responsibilities include writing optimized codes, supervising DevOps, servers, and AI development-related work, determining requirements, developing work schedules, delegating tasks, and liaising with team members, management, and clients.

They must identify risks, form contingency plans, analyze existing operations, schedule training sessions, and meetings to discuss improvements, keep up-to-date with industry trends, and utilize version control systems to manage changes.

Furthermore, the Technical Lead must update work schedules, perform troubleshooting, motivate the team, monitor front-end performance, and implement optimizations.
