Our team is seeking an experienced software engineer to join our ranks as a Senior Backend Expert. This role requires in-depth knowledge of distributed systems, asynchronous communication, and event orchestration without central control.

We're looking for someone with hands-on experience building and deploying backend services using cloud-based infrastructure including pub/sub messaging, data processing pipelines, serverless functions, and containerized applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing RPC-style APIs, as well as expertise in working with Avro and other formats like ProtobufJSON for defining, evolving, and validating event schemas.
