Job Title: Director of Wellness and Telehealth Services

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our wellness and telehealth services. This is a key leadership role focused on driving commercial growth, expanding global presence, and ensuring operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To own and drive the commercial strategy for wellness and telehealth services, with full accountability for revenue, pipeline, and market expansion.
  • To develop aggressive go-to-market plans and identify high-value growth opportunities across enterprise, B2B, and remote workforce segments.
  • To leverage deep market intelligence to identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and innovative service models.
  • To work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align business objectives with sales performance and global expansion goals.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance, marketing, business administration, healthcare management, or other medical-related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in healthcare, wellness, maritime, or service-based industries.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, client management, and team leadership.
  • Strong ability to drive strategy and execution with clear commercial outcomes.
  • Exposure to maritime or remote workforce wellness.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms or wellness services.
