The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of a hotel's housekeeping department.

This key role requires strong leadership skills to manage a large team and maintain high standards of comfort, hygiene, cleanliness and hospitality throughout the hotel. Responsibilities include defining quality service standards and ensuring all guest rooms, public spaces, restaurants and other areas meet the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation.

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills who can effectively manage costs and resources. Knowledge of training and sustainability is highly desirable. Additional responsibilities include hiring and training staff, managing equipment and computer systems, and staying up-to-date with safety and hygiene practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
