NetSuite Implementation Specialist Job Description We are seeking a skilled NetSuite professional to join our team as a NetSuite Implementation Specialist. Job Overview: This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced professionals who wish to leverage their skills and knowledge in the implementation of NetSuite solutions. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in business analysis, system implementation, and change management.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop effective solutions that meet their requirements.
  • They will also be responsible for configuring and customizing NetSuite modules such as CRM, ERP, Financials, and Inventory to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • In addition, they will provide training and support to end-users on the use of NetSuite applications.
  • A key aspect of this role is to ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement NetSuite solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Configure and customize NetSuite modules to integrate with existing systems.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure end-users can effectively utilize NetSuite applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Additional responsibilities may include but not limited to:
  • Participating in knowledge sharing sessions and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation related to NetSuite configurations and customizations.
  • Providing input into continuous improvement initiatives to enhance internal processes.
Required Skills & Expertise:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing NetSuite solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Suite Script (1.0/2.0), Suite Flow, and Suite Builder.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and SQL, knowledge of HTML/XML is a plus.
  • Good understanding of NetSuite data structures, roles, and permissions.
  • Exposure to integration methods (REST/SOAP APIs, SuiteTalk).
  • Familiarity with core business processes like Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Financials.
  • Basic knowledge of SuiteAnalytics and custom reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with functional teams and end users.
