Job Title: Email Campaign Professional

We are seeking an accomplished professional to manage end-to-end campaign execution, leveraging personalization strategies and data-driven insights to maximize performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for email marketing campaigns, with hands-on expertise in Oracle Responsys / Oracle Unity / Oracle Infinity IQ. They will support campaign setup, targeting, rollout, reporting, and optimization while utilizing advanced SQL skills.

This role involves managing customer workflows, segmentation, and targeting strategies. The successful candidate will develop insights from complex data sets and present actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute email campaigns using Oracle Responsys.
  • Develop and implement BI reports with Oracle Infinity IQ, including dashboard insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing and hyper-personalization campaigns to improve engagement.
  • Compile campaign performance reports ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and business relevance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience designing and managing email campaigns using Oracle Responsys.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Unity CDP implementation (minimum 2 customers).
  • Experience in developing BI reports with Oracle Infinity IQ.
  • Proven track record in hyper-personalization and A/B testing campaigns.
  • Proficient in SQL / PL-SQL with expertise in writing complex queries and performance optimization.
