Key Responsibilities

  • Manage IT operations and provide desktop support with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience.
  • Have good technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, networking, and asset management.
  • Be proficient in basic server administration (VMware, AD, DNS, DHCP, and file servers), SCCM, networks, and security.
  • Develop excellent skills in Microsoft Windows, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
  • Perform full deskside technician roles, including supporting all types of IT equipment, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory trackers and ensure regular inventory audits are completed.
  • Ensure regular audits are completed for critical IT equipment, network links stability, and video conferencing devices.
  • Collaborate with OEMs, Vendors, ISPs, Infrastructure, and Offshore/Onshore Teams to resolve issues.
  • Monitor and manage queues to ensure workload balance and completion within SLA.
  • Develop strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills, with fluency in English.
