Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
2. Analyze financial status and variances, prepare budgets, and present financial insights to senior management.
3. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
4. Manage vendor coordination, invoice processing, and timely payment execution.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Commerce; postgraduate qualification (MBA Finance / M.Com / Inter CA / CA) preferred. 10+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, and compliance. Strong expertise in taxation, audits, banking, and payroll processing. Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Tally, Vyapaar, or Zoho.
