About the Role:
As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead a team of 50-60 associates in achieving key targets and delivering exceptional results. Your role involves strategic planning, leadership, and coaching to drive productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-performing team to achieve set targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, monitoring progress and providing actionable feedback for improvement.
- Participate in new-hire interviews and onboardings to ensure seamless transitions.
- Foster open communication with your team, encouraging collaboration and driving growth through constructive feedback and coaching sessions.
- Represent the sales team on various initiatives and projects, embodying company values and promoting a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency and product knowledge among team members, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Engage with training teams to identify areas for process improvements, enhancing overall quality and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate across departments to facilitate seamless project execution, coordinating resources and efforts as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and achieving business targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members, cross-functional teams, and clients.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, allowing for data-driven decision-making and creative solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate change, and adapt to shifting market conditions.
