
Sales Team Lead Position

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a high-performing sales team, drive motivation and development to meet individual and team objectives.
Sales Operations: Manage day-to-day sales activities including prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales to achieve business targets.
Business Development: Contribute to business development initiatives focusing on client acquisition, retention, and expanding market share.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies set clear objectives and ensure alignment with company goals.
Performance Monitoring: Track team performance provide regular feedback and offer coaching to improve sales effectiveness and close rates.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management highlighting key performance indicators opportunities and challenges.
Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and capabilities of team members.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the sales team and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Mandatory Skills:
- 2+ years of sales experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage motivate and mentor a team effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage with clients and team members successfully.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs quickly.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive team performance and meet targets efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

- Certification in sales or related field
- Experience working in a similar industry
