Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a results-driven sales leader to develop and implement strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve high levels of performance
- Set sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular reports to senior management
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends
- Oversee the development and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA preferred
- 5 to 6 years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
