ISO Program Manager Job Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced ISO program manager to join our team and lead the implementation of various ISO standards.

As a key member of our consulting firm, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in environmental science, industrial management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in ISO compliance and auditing.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead R2v3, RIOS, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 implementations from inception to completion
  • Develop and implement audit-ready documentation tailored to client needs
  • Conduct gap assessments, internal audits, and external audit preparation
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement sustainable compliance systems
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Management, or a related field
  • ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification (9001, 14001, 45001)
  • At least 5 years of experience in ISO compliance and auditing
  • Excellent writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail-driven with ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proficient in MS Office and email tools
