Job Description

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the solar cell manufacturing or chemical industry, with excellent mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills. They must be able to initiate and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high-quality production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and meet internal/external audit requirements.
  • Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously, with excellent communication skills to guide or lead team members.
  • Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess strong skills in multitasking, flexibility, process improvement, and technical analysis. They should also be proficient in creating and maintaining SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
