Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and a proven track record of implementing efficient manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend effective solutions.
  • Process Design: Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve product quality.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Industrial Engineering, Production, and Quality Assurance, to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, such as cycle time, yield, and scrap rate, and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Process Control: Implement process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process engineering, with a focus on process optimization and improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
