Job Title: Corporate Administrator
About This RoleThis senior-level corporate administration position offers an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in providing comprehensive secretarial services to clients worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' businesses.
Main Responsibilities:- Cross-Border Support:
- Offer expert support in providing corporate secretarial services to clients operating in foreign jurisdictions.
- Prepare and submit legal documents for various stages of a company's lifecycle, adhering to relevant laws and regulations, as well as agreed-upon deadlines.
- Develop and update corporate structure charts for client organizations.
- Compile minutes of Board meetings, AGMs, and EGMs.
- Maintain accurate records of statutory filings and compliance with local authorities.
- Document Management & Quality Assurance:
- Oversee the document management process, including collection, renaming, and storage of essential documents in a centralized repository.
- Promptly update trackers to ensure data accuracy.
- Review work completed by the Corporate Secretarial team to guarantee that outputs meet high standards.
- Generate and update reports on utilization and tracking, taking corrective actions when necessary, to ensure timely completion and adherence to KPIs.
- Collaboration & Project Participation:
- Foster effective collaboration with business partners, clients, and colleagues worldwide to gather information and documentation.
- Participate in knowledge transfer activities to facilitate seamless transitions.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and actively participate in global/local projects.
- Nurture strong relationships with all stakeholders and collaborate effectively with onshore colleagues.
- Team Leadership (as applicable):
- Assist with team leadership and performance evaluations.
