At LTIMindtree, we are seeking a skilled Test Manager to join our team based in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality testing services across multiple projects. This position requires collaboration with customers and senior project stakeholders to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and metrics.

We are committed to providing exceptional customer satisfaction and quality with zero production defects. Our Test Manager will work closely with clients and project stakeholders to define roadmaps and contribute to customer visits, presentations, and testing practices such as preparing case studies and conducting interviews with test leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimation efficiency
  • E2E Test Strategy creation
  • Impact Analysis scope schedule change
  • Project Financials tracking
  • Production Incidents Defects analysis RCA
  • Accurate capturing of the requirements
  • Data Testing (ETL or Big Data)
  • Establishing requirements traceability
  • Test design effectiveness
  • Onsite offshore coordination
  • Ensuring the team adheres to all internal processes and customer processes as per project needs
  • Ensuring on-time delivery of all committed tasks and achieving release goals
  • Developing Test artefacts like Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Metrics, Test Summary Reports, etc., and obtaining client project sign-off
  • Developing implementing and following quality guidelines Standard Operating Procedures
  • Developing and providing testing road maps and resource loading for projects
  • Showcasing regular improvement in engagement in terms of quality velocity value adds
  • Ensuring technical reviews of all artifacts from LTIMindtree and reducing customer review comments over time
  • Test Reporting Various Reports dashboard graphical representation of reports
