Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Global Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of quality management are met in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing quality systems and procedures
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments of contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs)
  • Reviewing and approving quality agreements and contracts
  • Ensuring compliance with GMPs and other regulatory requirements
  • Providing training and guidance to colleagues on quality-related matters
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with quality management
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Pharmacy or a related field
  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field
  • Knowledge of GMPs and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural matrix organization
