Conversational AI Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled expert to fill a key position in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business analysis, analytical skills, and experience in at least one of the following areas: Analytics, AI, Linguistics, Copywriting, UX Design or Product Design.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering customer requirements, analyzing their needs, and determining analytical requirements for virtual agents. They will also define use cases and design human-to-virtual-agent conversation flows iteratively, apply industry best practices and promote standards for execution and delivery approach, guide customers on technology evaluation, technical thought leadership, and direction for Conversational AI projects, act as a liaison between stakeholders, project teams, and development teams, showcase thought leadership on technology roadmaps, agile development methodologies, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather customer requirements and analyze their needs.
  • Determine analytical requirements for virtual agents.
  • Define use cases and design human-to-virtual-agent conversation flows.
  • Apply industry best practices and promote standards.
  • Guide customers on technology evaluation and technical thought leadership.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, project teams, and development teams.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, articulation, abstraction, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and timeline-sensitive work environment.
  • Strong aptitude in business analysis and awareness of quantitative analysis techniques.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in AI bot platforms, such as Dialog Flow/API, AI, Cloud ML, Microsoft Bot Framework, and Azure Cognitive Services.
  • Strong understanding of the NLP space, conversational interfaces, and leveraging existing services and libraries.

Your plans and actions should be backed by customer/industry/market research rather than just gut feeling.
