Business Analysis Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analysis expert to join our team.

  • To be successful in this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the effective implementation of business solutions. This includes working with our team to gather and document requirements.
  • You will also be responsible for communicating and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
  • Your duties will include tracking and maintaining requirement specifications like BRD, FRD.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct requirement elicitation, gathering and documenting requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of rating, integrations, and Forms.
  • Experience in working P&C Insurance domain is mandatory.
  • Good at understanding and reviewing product requirements.
  • Effective understanding of Business Analysis Process.
  • Experience in delivering via Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong software development methodology understanding, and have assisted in the design, development or testing of a technology integration project.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Should have good oral and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in Jira tool.
