Job Opportunity: Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, adept at driving process improvements and leveraging technology to streamline operations. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, managing job postings across multiple platforms, and fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage job postings across various platforms to ensure maximum visibility
  • Source and attract top talent through proactive outreach and engagement
  • Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to identify ideal candidates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates alike
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine and optimize recruitment processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles

2+ years of experience in a startup or scale-up environment

Work Schedule & Location:

This is a fully remote role based in India. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 08:00 am-17:00 pm UK time (13:30 pm-22:30 pm IST).
