Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers to define key metrics and KPIs to track product performance.

Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and user feedback.

Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes on key metrics and drive iterative improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker is a plus.

Hands-on experience in Python (highly preferred)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
