Transformative AI Solutions

We're seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to join our team in building real-world AI products. As a key member, you'll be at the forefront of developing intelligent systems and data platforms that empower ventures to scale faster and smarter.

Your responsibilities will include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing structured + unstructured data to uncover insights and support product decisions. You'll also develop and experiment with machine learning models using Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Additionally, you'll work closely with engineers to productionize models using MLOps practices.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Engineering & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data to drive business outcomes.
  • Machine Learning Model Development: Develop and experiment with machine learning models using various Python libraries.
  • Prototype to Production: Rapidly test ideas in notebooks, then work with engineers to deploy models in a scalable manner.
  • Measure & Iterate: Design experiments (A/B tests, evaluation pipelines), define success metrics, and continuously improve model performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure data and AI capabilities directly support real-world use cases.

You Will Thrive Here If:

  • You have 2–6 years of experience in a startup or product environment.
  • You possess strong programming skills in Python, with comfort using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
  • You have experience with data pipelines and storage, including SQL, NoSQL, or vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
  • You are familiar with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring, including Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
  • You have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn data into insights and insights into product decisions.
  • You have experience working in early-stage startups or venture building environments.
