Job Title: Oracle HCM EBS Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to implement, configure, and provide functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Human Capital Management modules.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Oracle EBS HCM modules, focusing on Core HR and Payroll; experience with Self-Service HR (SSHR) or iRecruitment is beneficial.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • Develop detailed functional design documents and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
  • Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support to end-users.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12.
  • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll; working knowledge of SSHR or iRecruitment is desirable.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and collaborating with technical teams for custom development.
  • Must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel to the Middle East as per project requirements.
