Our company seeks a highly skilled corporate development professional to lead our Mergers and Acquisitions strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing the organization's M&A activities, working closely with leadership to identify, evaluate, and integrate acquisition targets.

This role will involve developing a robust pipeline of acquisition targets, conducting financial valuations, and leading due diligence processes, successful deal negotiation and closure, and support regulatory/statutory process for post deals.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leading M&A processes, including deal structuring and closure, as well as strong communication skills and understanding of stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business teams in analyzing and qualifying business trends
  • Identify and qualify M&A opportunities that align with growth objectives
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses and develop valuation models
  • Lead end-to-end due diligence process and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
  • CA/CPA/CFA or similar qualified accountants with prior M&A experience
  • Prior hands-on experience in valuation and modeling exercises
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of stakeholder expectations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background or familiarity in Technology/IT/ITeS/ER&D sectors
  • Prior background or experience with private equity or investment banking sector
