About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to lead our financial analysis and process improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for standardizing, simplifying, and automating transactional activities across the organization.

  • Ensure compliance to operational procedures in transactional areas and refine them on an ongoing basis.
  • End-to-end procure-to-pay knowledge with hands-on experience at transactional level to guide the service provider to improve efficiency in operations.
  • Understand vendor management with a focus on improving vendor-related metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify operational processes and automate them using robotic process automation solutions.

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively with business, finance, and technology stakeholders to implement standardized processes and controls, monitor compliance with policies and procedures, and apply accounting standards.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in advanced Excel and SAP finance modules.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant or Semi-qualified Accountant with minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Accounting.

  • Hands-on Experience with Accounting Principles and Procedures.
  • Knowledge of Internal Accounting Standards.
  • Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel and SAP Finance Modules.
