Job Title: Finance Operations Manager

This role oversees the end-to-end finance operations of a leading advertising agency with a focus on the revenue cycle. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Finance Operations:
  • Oversee end-to-end finance operations, ensuring seamless financial management across the organization.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining strict adherence to compliance requirements and internal controls.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts for the agency's Mumbai office.
  • Monitor and track budgets, highlighting variances and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
Financial Reporting & Closing:
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports.
  • Prepare balance sheet schedules and reconciliations, providing stakeholders with confidence in the agency's financial health.
MIS, Audit & Compliance:
  • Design and maintain comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS) to support management decision-making.
  • Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audit closures, upholding the agency's commitment to transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance requirements and internal controls, protecting the agency's reputation and assets.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and group stakeholders on finance-related matters, fostering strong relationships and driving business outcomes.
  • Provide financial insights and commercial support to leadership, informing strategic decisions that drive business growth and profitability.
