Job Overview

The Performance Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Acquisition to develop and execute SEM, SMM, and acquisition strategies that maximize ROI and volume objectives.
  • Oversee internal resources or agencies to deliver daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs against targets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of creative performance by market, identifying areas for improvement and developing new creative options in collaboration with the brand team.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual budget periods, working closely with Design, Technology, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and optimal resource allocation.
  • Utilize data trends and insights to optimize spends and performance, resulting in improved marketing efficiency.
  • Design and implement experiments and conversion tests to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Develop innovative growth strategies and conduct market research to identify new opportunities, fueling business expansion.
